No chatbots, no templates, no help-desk script. Just one of us — usually me — sitting down with your message and a cup of tea, and giving it the time it deserves.
If you've got a question about your dog, or a worry you'd like a second pair of eyes on, or you just want to know whether the harness will fit your old Cocker Spaniel — please do write. We'd rather have a long conversation that ends without a sale than a quick one that ends with the wrong product on your doorstep.
The best way to reach us
We read everything that comes in, Monday to Friday. Most messages get a proper reply within two working day — sometimes the same morning if the kettle's on. We rest at weekends, but we'll be back to you first thing Monday.
If you'd rather use a form, there's one further down this page. But honestly — email tends to work better. It gives us room to send you a fitting guide, photographs, or a longer explanation when one's needed.
Before you write — a few quick answers
Some things come up often enough that we thought we'd save you the wait.
"I'm not sure which size to order."
Each product page has a fitting guide with the measurements you'll need to take. If you're between two sizes, write to us with your dog's chest girth and weight, and we'll point you to the right one. We'd rather you order once and get it right.
"Where's my order?"
You'll have had a despatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel left us. If it's been more than 5 working days since that email and your tracking hasn't moved, write to us with your order number and we'll chase it up.
"It doesn't fit / I'd like to return it."
No fuss. You've got 30 days from delivery to send anything back for a full refund or an exchange. The full details are on our return page — but the short version is: write to us, and we'll sort it.
"My dog has just had surgery — is your harness suitable?"
Quite possibly, but we'd always ask you to check with your vet first, particularly in the first six weeks after a procedure. If it helps, we're happy to send a fitting guide and product details to your vet directly — just ask.
"Do you ship outside the UK?"
For now we ship within the United Kingdom only. We'll let you know when that changes — feel free to drop us a note if you'd like us to remember you when we open up to your country.
"I work with senior dogs professionally — can we talk?"
Yes please. We're slowly building a small network of vets, hydrotherapists, rehab specialists and senior-dog rescues we trust. Write to us at contact@strollhound.com and tell us a bit about your work.

Where we are
Strollhound is a small British company, registered in England & Wales, based in London. Our parcels go out via Royal Mail / DPD, usually within one working day of your order coming in.
